1, the customer inserts his personal details - Name, full address and phone number at the first page. Then he continuities to the second page where he will insert his payment details (credit card information).
On the first order, the customer receives the itself product for free, but has to pay for the shipping ($5 for regular or $15 for Express). After the customer Submits his payment, he moves to the last page, the "thank you"/ conformation page.
2, conversion finished after "thank you"/ conformation.
Started that point the customer starts his subscription, he will keep getting a monthly supply of the product until he ask to cancel his subscription.
